Job Description

• Project Line Leader is responsible for the daily packing of projects and completing housekeeping tasks under the direction of the Supervisor.
• They manage projects, ensuring adherence to Client's quality guidelines and approved processes. The Packaging Specialist III completes all job jackets and required QA documentation for each project and leads the Packer project team/ Project Line.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, proactive work approach, and leadership skills.

• Proactive approach to flow with the work and meet project deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and guide the project team

Responsibilities:

• Physically pack daily projects according to the specifications provided in the job jackets
• Label each package with the correct address labels
• Load packages weighing up to 35 lbs. to the shipment staging area
• Ensure the project area and OFS area are cleaned daily, following Client's quality and good housekeeping standards (e.g., cleaning up corrugate, sweeping the floor, shutting boxes)
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects, ensuring orders are shipped correctly based on shipping grids and following QA standards
• Operate the baler if trainedTrain new hires on proper line procedures
• Comply with Client's GMP Policies, SOPs, and safety policies
