Duration: Temp-to-Hire (Expected conversion after 91 days)

PPE Requirements:

• Steel toe boots (required)
• Safety vest, safety glasses, and hard hat provided by client

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our warehouse operations team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of inventory experience, preferably with a background similar to REGIS-style inventory control.
• This role is essential for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliation activities
• Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory matches system records
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report damaged or inconsistent goods
• Operate forklifts to move and organize inventory
• Weigh, measure, and repackage products as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in inventory management systems
• Organize materials and locate lost or misplaced items
• Follow established safety and organizational procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and using basic inventory software
• Must be able to lift, move, and organize products as needed
