Lab Analyst – Job Description
Overview
A Lab Analyst performs laboratory tests, records and interprets data, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. They work in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food processing, environmental science, and manufacturingdddddddddddddddddddddd.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (chemical, biological, or physical)

Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments

Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation

Interpret data and prepare reports for review

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Follow laboratory safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Assist in method development and validation when required

Report any deviations, errors, or equipment malfunctions

Educational Requirements

Experienced roles: 2+ years in a laboratory setting
Work Environment

Laboratories in industries such as pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food labs, or research institutions
