Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Analyst to evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure effective software solutions. The Software Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and gather requirements through meetings, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Evaluate existing software systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Support design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.

Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with requirements.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making and system improvements.

Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training guides.

Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions to technical and business teams.

Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Familiarity with databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
