Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with frameworks like Django or Flask (FastAPI is a plus).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Knowledge of unit testing (PyTest/Unittest).
  • Basic understanding of Docker and Linux.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in Python development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with FastAPI.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.
  • Experience with machine learning or data engineering.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
