Description

Mechanical Designer Duties:

Develop and unitize detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for various mechanical systems, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; plumbing; fire protection; and refrigeration systems
Research and procure new/replacement equipment and parts as needed
Develop budgets
Perform site walks and inspections
Oversee the maintenance and service of building equipment
