Job Description:

A Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees within an organization.

Responsibilities may include: 

• Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
• Leading the design and development of new training programs.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior training staff.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Managing training budgets and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Contributing to the overall development and implementation of the organization's training strategy.

Position Requirements:

• Experienced with training content development using the ADDIE Model.
• Minimum 5 years experience creating eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and instructor led training materials including instructor guides, student guides, and assessments.
• Instructional Technology degree preferred.
